Guidelines:

· Classic Beauty Concepts has the right to refuse any suspicious orders

· We do not distribute your personal information including your e-mail address.

· All products should be used as directed on the product container. A product that causes irritation should be discontinued.

· We cannot dispense 0.1% or 0.5% Tretinoin Cream (Retin A) you must obtain a prescription for this product from your primary care physician due to the nature of this product.

· The information provided at www.classicbeautyconcepts.com is not a substitute for a face to face consultation with a skin care professional, dermatologist or your physician.

· Any information provided on this website is not intended as medical advice nor is it intended to replace discussions with a healthcare provider.

· If you have a medical concern, please consult with your physician.

· Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to Texas.

· If you are shipping a gift, please let someone know a package will be coming so it will not be refused.

· Orders over $500 can be held for 1-3 days for payment verification.

· Minors should not purchase products from this site.

· Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns:

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase only if:

· Item was received damaged or defective

· Incorrect item shipped

Price Matching:

*Many manufactures have strict internet policies to protect product pricing. Our products are always fresh and legitimate.

We are aware the products are sold on some sites at below the manufacturers price policies. We will not match prices of products sold below manufacturers price policies

· Products must be the same size and brand.

· We must be able to verify visually or verbally the price of the product.

· Coupon Codes cannot be added to any price matching.

Shipping:

USPS Standard 8-14 days free for orders over $100.00. This applies only to Standard shipping orders. If order is under $100.00 shipping will be determined at time of purchase.
USPS Priority 3-7 days, cost is determined at time of purchase depending on weight.
Express 1-2 days, cost is determined at time of purchase
International shipping varies

Priority Delivery Service
This option provides delivery within 3-7 days. Orders placed by 12:00pm CST will go out that same day. Orders placed on weekends will be mailed the following Monday. Shipments delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some small rural towns may take a few more days to arrive.

Express 1-2 days
Overnight Shipping is also available. The cost of this service will be determined at time of purchase. Overnight packages will be sent by USPS (postal service). Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00pm CST. Overnight shipments are not delivered or mailed on weekends and holidays. If no one is available to sign for a package leave in the memo or your order "Please leave package at door." We are not responsible for a lost package if signature is waived. Express delivery fees are not refundable.

International Shipping
A shipping charge of $10 for packages going to Canada, and a minimum or $15 for all other International orders will be added to each order. We will notify the customer if there will be an additional charge for shipping. (this depends on country) International orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. International packages take about 7-10 business days to arrive, but can take up to 2 weeks if your package is stopped by customs. The majority of packages that we ship overseas will not be subject to any additional taxes, but occasionally customs may stop a package and ask a fee to be paid. We do not keep up with country shipping policies.

We are sorry, but some manufacturers policies restrict their products to be sold or shipped outside the United States, due to various foreign, regulatory and legal considerations. These include, but are not limited to, MD Formulations, Exuvience and NeoStrata

If an alternative or if there is a preference in carriers please note it in the memo/comments of your order.

Orders paid by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
